One weekend every fall, artisans in Central Virginia open their doors for you to explore their working spaces. This fall on November 11 & 12 from 10 am to 5 pm, you can see 45 artisans and their work in the spaces where they create it; learn why they create; and examine how they create. Consider making the Tour a two-day experience and enjoy other area offerings while you are here. What a great way to spend a fall weekend! The popular Passport Program provides a chance to select a $300 work of art from any of the Tour artisans.

Easily accessed by following the map and directions, the 23rd annual Tour is self-guided, free, and open to the public. Each studio on the Tour provides locally-sourced refreshments. For frequent updates about the Tour we encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram or sign up for our email list. This web site will have a complete list of 2017 studios and artisans and new directions and map in June 2017.

If you are a Virginia artisan who would like to participate in the 2018 Tour please visit the how to apply page for more information.
