Rani Morris
Rani works with gold and silver, and precious and semi-precious stones. As a designer, she finds ways to make the dead alive and nostalgia contemporary. Her geometric and paisley shapes are rooted in her upbringing in Pakistan’s arid Sindh province; her nature-inspired designs often result from bold wax-casting decisions, from honeycomb to insect wings. Her recent enamel work adds a layer of color and whimsy!
Rani has a studio space and is a teacher at Malleable Studios. This is her fourth year participating in the Studio Tour.
