Noon Whistle Pottery
John Pluta uses clay combined with wood and vintage objects to make sculptures of imaginative characters & creatures. Since 2001 John & his wife Holly have been sculpting & making pottery as Noon Whistle Pottery, a shop representing 220 American artisans in Stanardsville, Virginia. In 2015 John & Holly launched the Virginia Clay Festival with the help of Greene County Tourism.
