From the first class until now, I love learning new techniques for fusing glass. I recently learned to pull cane and murrini, which has been a game changer. I love incorporating this ancient glass technique into my work. Glass shows best in sunlight, so a large part of my work is meant for the garden.

The Artisans Studio Tour is an annual open studio tour, featuring high quality artisans and their work during the weekend of November 7 & 8, 2016. Some of Virginia’s finest crafts will be on display, including pottery, furniture, weaving, fabric design, jewelry, stained glass, wood turning, and quilting.
