My work explores the intersection of sculpture and function. I am drawn to creating furniture that is both useful and expressive—pieces that invite daily use while also engaging the viewer through form, movement, and craftsmanship.
Nature is a constant source of inspiration. The curve of a bird's wing, the sweep of a tree branch, or the graceful lines found throughout the natural world often find their way into my designs. These influences are translated into furniture through carving, lamination, and traditional joinery, allowing sculptural elements to serve both aesthetic and structural purposes.
Wood remains at the heart of my work. I am fascinated by its character, grain, and warmth, and I strive to reveal these qualities through carefully considered forms and meticulous craftsmanship. Long flowing curves, balanced proportions, and finely finished surfaces are intended to highlight the inherent beauty of the material.
My goal is to create furniture that is elegant, engaging, and enduring—pieces that enrich the spaces they inhabit and reward closer examination over time.
